We want every Nuvelle customer to feel confident when shopping with us. Please read our returns and refund guidelines below.

Returns

Return Window

Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Condition of Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, beauty tools and personal care items must be returned in unused condition. Items showing signs of use, wear, damage, or missing packaging may not qualify for a refund.

Refunds

Refund Approval

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method where possible.

Refund Timeframes

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank, payment provider, or checkout method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect after it has been processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Damaged on Arrival

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and assist with the next steps.

Incorrect Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can help resolve the issue.

Non-Refundable Cases

Used Personal Care Items

Due to hygiene standards, used beauty tools or products that have been opened and used may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty or damaged on arrival.

Customer Damage

Items damaged through misuse, incorrect handling, accidental damage, or failure to follow product care instructions may not qualify for a refund.

Change of Mind

Change-of-mind returns may be considered only if the item is unused, unopened, and in original condition. Return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility.

Return Shipping

Return Courier Costs

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, return courier costs are generally the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked courier service for returns.
