Orders & Delivery

Where do you deliver?
We deliver within South Africa. Delivery options and timeframes may depend on your area and courier availability.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes a few business days once your order has been processed. Major cities are usually faster, while outlying areas may take slightly longer.
How will I know my order is confirmed?
Once your order is placed, you should receive an order confirmation by email. Please make sure your email and contact details are entered correctly at checkout.

Is the Nuvelle brush cordless?
Yes, the Nuvelle mini straightener brush is designed for cordless styling and quick touch-ups on the go.
Is it suitable for everyday touch-ups?
Yes. It is designed for convenience, quick smoothing, and everyday styling support, especially when you are travelling, at work, or getting ready on the go.
Can it replace a full-sized straightener?
It is best positioned as a compact styling tool for smoothing and touch-ups. For very thick, curly, or heavily textured hair, a full-sized straightener may still be better for complete styling sessions.
How should I use it?
Use it on dry hair. Brush slowly through sections of hair to smooth frizz and refine your look. Avoid using it on wet hair unless the product instructions specifically allow it.

Returns & Support

Do you accept returns?
Returns are handled according to our refund policy. Items must generally be unused, in original condition, and returned within the stated return window.
What if my item arrives damaged?
